The Thesis
The impact of technology, software and artificial intelligence is enormous. We have been working with students, professionals and companies for decades, and we see three major movements happening.
First movement
Business and Technology Symbiosis
The T-shaped professional. Specialists who understand the whole picture. Generalists with depth.
Product development demands a professional who doesn't just know their specialty, but also understands business, a bit of design, a bit of sales. This applies to both business specialists and software engineers. This mix creates pressure for adaptability. The response from schools and universities must be fast, while maintaining a sharp focus on critical thinking — so we don't lose our ability to think deeply and solve problems.
Second movement

1 billion people will build software. Most of them don't know it yet.
Tools, AI and agents have been making code production easier, and even creating something like disposable software, changing our concept of what software itself is. Sequoia Capital predicted the next billion developers. GitHub has already surpassed 100 million. The boundary between those who use and those who build technology is disappearing. The definition of "dev" is exploding. It's no longer just those who write code. It's those who turn ideas into products. Those who solve problems with software. Those who build. Whether devs, builders, product managers, designers, makers, or analysts.

Because today, technology is not just a career. It is part of every career.
Third movement
The new education
Nobody studies all the time, every day, in the same place.
The concept of lifelong learning has become a cliché. But understanding how people share knowledge, consume content and apply what they learn is fundamental. Understanding the rhythm between life and career stages is essential to building a group that truly knows where each community stands, and where each group of learners wants to go. The education of the future is not a place. It is an ecosystem that walks with people at every stage.
